About the Role:
The Specialty Business Manager (SBM) drives demand through education after potential regulatory approval, educating healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimizing opportunities in targeted dermatology physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.

How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Perform clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across an educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical/patient access education; coordinate peer-to-peer and other HCP education.
- Conduct account management in dermatology practices/clinics and independent offices.
- Achieve territory sales goals and metrics; execute brand strategy/tactics within customer segments.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement through relationship development.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and other decision-making groups.
- Develop/implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatments/market changes.
- Manage allocated resources; follow compliance policies and training.

Minimum requirements/qualifications:
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharma/biotech/medical device selling (or 2+ years at Takeda).
- Dermatology experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning; managed care understanding.
- Strong communication and collaboration.
- Reside within or near assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct healthcare professional selling.
- Experience calling on dermatologists.
- Experience with complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Travel:
- Valid driver’s license; ability to drive/fly; up to 25–50% overnight travel.

Compensation/Benefits (NY virtual):
- U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31. Eligible for short-term incentives and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and sick/vacation.
