How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Perform clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical/patient access education for medical staff; coordinate HCP education (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage Dermatology accounts (physician offices, clinics/hospitals); attain sales goals/territory metrics and execute brand strategy.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop/deliver targeted sales messaging using accurate clinical information, approved materials, and discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement and educate key local decision makers.
- Present complex clinical/business information to office/institutional audiences and groups.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatment/business updates.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).
- Follow compliance policies, guidelines, and training.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- BA/BS.
- Required: 3+ years successful pharma/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology experience calling on Dermatologists highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning; understanding of managed care landscape.
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation, and writing.
- Team collaboration; reside within/near assigned geography.
Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals; experience calling on Dermatologists; complex reimbursement experience.
Training/Licenses/Travel:
- Pass mandatory product training/exams.
- Valid driverβs license.
- Ability to drive/fly; some overnight travel (up to 25β50%).
