About the Role:
Drive demand for the assigned dermatology product through education by educating HCPs and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.

How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value, advance customers across the brand educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education.
- Coordinate clinical education opportunities (e.g., peer-to-peer education).
- Perform account management in dermatology practices/clinics/outlets and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals by delivering product volume and key territory metrics; execute brand strategy and tactics.
- Build relationships with HCP decision-makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and clinical information.
- Execute local marketing strategies to build customer engagement and inform local decision-making.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and relevant groups.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states and treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources.
- Follow compliance policies and training.

Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling in pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning; understanding of managed care.
- Strong communication, influence, presentation, writing, and collaboration.
- Live within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Experience calling on dermatologists.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Training/License/Travel:
- Mandatory product training with written/oral exams.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Drive/fly to accounts; occasional overnight travel (up to 25–50%).
