Responsibilities:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Engage in clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education opportunities/programs for HCPs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage Dermatology accounts in practices/clinics/hospital outlets and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals and territory metrics by executing franchise/company brand strategy for targeted customer segments.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials.
- Execute local marketing strategies to build customer engagement and support local decision-making.
- Present complex clinical/business information and patient support services to relevant audiences.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office).

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device (and/or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning, managed care understanding, strong communication, collaboration; reside within/near assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; experience calling on Dermatologists; managing complex reimbursement issues.

Training/Licenses/Travel:
- Pass mandatory product training (written/oral exams).
- Valid driver’s license; ability to drive/fly; occasional overnight travel (25–50%).
