About the Role:
The Specialty Business Manager (SBM) drives demand after potential regulatory approval by educating healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimizing business opportunities in Dermatology-focused physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.

How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Support clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education opportunities/programs for HCPs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage accounts in Dermatology practices/clinics/outlets and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals and key Territory metrics; execute franchise/company brand strategy and tactics.
- Build relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop/deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical info, approved materials, and medical reprints.
- Present complex clinical/business information to HCPs and patient/professional groups.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatment changes.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office, etc.).
- Follow compliance policies and uphold patient-first values.

Minimum Requirements:
Required: Bachelor’s (BA/BS); 3+ years successful pharma/biotech/medical device selling (or 2+ years at Takeda); Dermatology experience highly preferred; strong business/strategic planning; managed care understanding; strong communication and collaboration; reside within/close to assigned geography.
Preferred: 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; Dermatologist calling experience; experience with complex reimbursement issues.

Training/Licenses/Travel:
- Mandatory product training with written/oral exams; temporary non-exempt status during training (overtime eligible only during training; no sales incentives/bonuses then). Exempt status after exams.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Drive/fly to accounts; occasional overnight travel up to 25–50%.

Compensation & Benefits (Texas - Virtual):
- U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31.
