Responsibilities:
- Drive demand for assigned product through education following potential regulatory approval.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize business opportunities in targeted Dermatology physician offices, clinics, hospital accounts, and independent physician offices.
- Support account onboarding through education; deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across an educational continuum.
- Provide initial clinical and patient access education; coordinate clinical education opportunities (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Conduct account management activities in Dermatology practices/clinics and outlets.
- Achieve sales goals and objectives by delivering product volume and other key metrics in the assigned Territory; execute franchise/company brand strategy and tactics.
- Build relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information, approved materials, and medical reprints.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement through local relationship development and education.
- Present complex clinical/business information to office and institutional Dermatologists and other stakeholders.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office).
- Adhere to compliance policies, guidelines, and training; seek clarification when uncertain.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry experience), OR 2+ years at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologists calling experience (highly preferred).
- Business/strategic planning; understanding of managed care.
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation, writing, and collaboration.
- Reside within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Training/Licenses/Travel:
- Mandatory product training with written/oral exams.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to drive/fly; occasional overnight travel (up to 25–50%).
