Responsibilities:
- Drive demand for assigned Dermatology product through education; educate HCPs.
- Onboard accounts via education; conduct clinical selling and communicate clinical value.
- Support clinical and patient access education; coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage Dermatology accounts/territory and attain sales goals using key metrics.
- Build relationships with HCP decision-makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement.
- Present complex clinical/business information to Dermatologists and other stakeholders.
- Develop/implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatments.
- Manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).
- Follow compliance policies and complete required training.

Minimum Requirements:
- BS/BA.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device (or related clinical/industry experience), OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologists experience highly preferred.
- Strategic planning; managed care understanding.
- Strong communication and collaboration.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; experience calling on Dermatologists; complex reimbursement experience.

Training/Licenses/Travel:
- Pass mandatory product training exams; valid driver’s license.
- Drive/fly to accounts; overnight travel up to 25–50%.

Compensation/Benefits (if applicable):
- U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31; may be eligible for short-term incentives and certain benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, life, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, sick time, vacation).
