About the Role
- Drive demand post-regulatory approval through education in the Dermatology therapeutic area.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize opportunities in targeted physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Achieve sales goals by applying effective business processes benefiting patients.

How you will contribute
- Support account onboarding via education.
- Conduct clinical selling and deliver clinical value propositions across the brand education continuum.
- Provide initial clinical and patient access education; coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage accounts in dermatology practices/clinics/hospital outlets and independent offices.
- Meet sales goals and Territory metrics; execute brand strategy and tactics within assigned customer segments.
- Build relationships with HCP decision-makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messaging using accurate clinical information and approved materials.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement and educate decision-makers.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and relevant groups.
- Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs.
- Manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).

Minimum Requirements (Required)
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience (pharma/biotech/medical device) and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience (highly preferred).
- Business/strategic planning skills; understanding of managed care.
- Strong communication and collaboration.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; Dermatology calling experience; complex reimbursement experience.

Licenses/Travel
- Valid Driver’s License; ability to drive/fly; occasional overnight travel (25–50%).

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Short-term incentives (U.S.); medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability/life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off/holidays, wellbeing; up to 80 hours sick time; up to 120 hours paid vacation.

Training Requirements
- Contingent on passing mandatory product training (written/oral exams); training period is non-exempt; transition to exempt after successful completion.
