Role: Specialty Business Manager (Dermatology) driving demand via education after regulatory approval.

Responsibilities:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling; deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers along an educational continuum.
- Provide initial clinical/patient access education; coordinate HCP education (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage accounts in dermatology practices/clinics/hospitals and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals/territory metrics; execute brand strategy and tactics within assigned customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement through relationship development and local education.
- Present complex clinical/business information to Dermatologists and healthcare groups.
- Develop/implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources.
- Follow compliance policies and seek clarification on compliance issues.

Minimum qualifications (Required):
- BS/BA.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years selling at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience (highly preferred).
- Strategic planning; managed care understanding.
- Strong communication, influence, presentation, writing; teamwork.
- Reside within/near assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; Dermatologist calling; experience managing complex reimbursement.

Training: Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral exams). Initially non-exempt with overtime only during training; then transitions to exempt status.
Licenses/Travel: Valid driver’s license; drive/fly to accounts; 25–50% overnight travel as needed.

Compensation/Benefits (if eligible/subject to location): $63.51–$87.31 hourly; may be eligible for short-term incentives and benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, life, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, sick time, etc.).
