Responsibilities
- Drive demand post-regulatory approval by educating HCPs and optimizing business in Dermatology accounts.
- Support account onboarding and initial clinical/patient access education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers through an educational continuum.
- Coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer), and present complex clinical/business info to Dermatologists and other stakeholders.
- Manage accounts in physician offices, clinics, and hospital settings; establish relationships to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials; execute local marketing strategies to build engagement.
- Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatment and business environment.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).
- Adhere to compliance policies and maintain patient-first standards.

Minimum Requirements (Required)
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling in pharma/biotech/medical device (or related clinical/industry experience), OR 2+ years selling at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience (preferred).
- Strategic business planning; understanding of managed care.
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation, writing; collaboration.
- Live within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience with complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Certifications
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel
- Drive/fly to accounts; occasional overnight travel (up to 25–50%).
