How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Engage in clinical selling by delivering the clinical value proposition and advancing customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate and support clinical education opportunities/programs for HCPs (e.g., peer-to-peer education).
- Conduct account management within Dermatology practices/clinics/outlets and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals and objectives by delivering product volume and key metrics in the assigned territory; execute brand strategy/tactics within the customer segment.
- Build professional working relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective use of company products.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information, approved materials, and discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement through local relationship-building and education.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and relevant professional groups.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states, treatments, and environment.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (financial/budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office).
- Adhere to compliance policies, guidelines, and training.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- BA/BS.
- Required: 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years successful selling experience at Takeda.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists/Dermatology (highly preferred).
- Strategic planning; understanding of managed care.
- Strong verbal, influencing, presentation, and written communication.
- Strong collaboration.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel Requirements:
- Ability to drive/fly to accounts; up to 25–50% overnight travel.
