Responsibilities:
- Drive demand for assigned product through education; educate HCPs.
- Support account onboarding and initial clinical/patient access education.
- Conduct clinical selling and deliver the clinical value proposition; advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Coordinate clinical education opportunities (e.g., peer-to-peer) and sponsor programs.
- Manage Dermatology accounts (physician offices, clinics, hospitals/outlets) and attain territory sales goals/metrics.
- Build relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials.
- Execute local marketing strategies and manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs/home office).
- Present complex clinical/business information; exemplify patient-first values and adhere to compliance requirements.
Qualifications (Required):
- BS/BA.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologists experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning; understanding of managed care.
- Strong communication and collaboration.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.
Preferred:
- 5+ years direct HCP selling experience.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.
Other:
- Valid driverβs license; travel/driving/occasional flights; overnight travel up to 25β50%.
Training: contingent on passing mandatory product training with written/oral exams.
Compensation (Colorado β Virtual; U.S. Hourly Wage Range): $63.51β$87.31.
