About the Role
- Drive demand for the assigned Dermatology product through education; educate HCPs and optimize business in targeted physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.

How you will contribute
- Support account onboarding via education.
- Perform clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers through an educational continuum.
- Provide initial clinical/patient-access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education programs for HCPs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage accounts in Dermatology practices/clinics/hospital-based outlets and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals by delivering product volume and key metrics in assigned territory; apply franchise/company brand strategy and tactics.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement through education.
- Present complex clinical/business information to Dermatologists and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).
- Follow compliance policies/training and uphold patient-first values.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology or experience calling on Dermatologists (highly preferred).
- Business/strategic planning; understanding of managed care landscape.
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation, writing; collaboration.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Training Requirements
- Contingent upon passing mandatory product training (written/oral exams). Temporary non-exempt classification during training.

Licenses/Certifications & Travel
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Drive/fly to accounts; occasional overnight travel (up to 25–50%).

Compensation and Benefits (explicitly stated)
- U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31.
