Responsibilities:
- Drive demand post-regulatory approval by educating HCPs and optimizing opportunities in Dermatology-focused physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding and clinical/patient access education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers through an educational continuum.
- Coordinate peer-to-peer and other HCP clinical education programs.
- Perform account management within Dermatology practices/clinics/independent physician offices.
- Achieve territory sales goals and key metrics; execute brand strategy/tactics within the customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies and sponsor/implement medical education opportunities.
- Present complex clinical/business information to office and institutional Dermatologists and other decision groups.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).
- Follow compliance policies, training, and standards of customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience), or 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience (preferred).
- Business/strategic planning, managed care understanding, strong communication, collaboration, and reside near assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; experience calling on Dermatologists; experience with complex reimbursement.

Licenses/Travel:
- Valid driverโ€™s license.
- Drive/fly as needed; overnight travel up to 25โ€“50%.

Training:
- Mandatory product training with written/oral exams; pay/treatment per training status; after passing, transition to exempt status.

Compensation/Benefits (Texasโ€“Virtual):
- U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51โ€“$87.31; may include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability/life, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, sick time, and short-term incentives.
