Responsibilities
- Drive demand through education following potential regulatory approval; educate HCPs.
- Support account onboarding; provide initial clinical and patient-access education.
- Conduct clinical selling and clinical value proposition delivery across a brand education continuum.
- Coordinate/execute clinical education opportunities (e.g., peer-to-peer) for HCPs.
- Manage accounts in dermatology practices/clinics/hospital accounts and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals and territory metrics; execute brand strategy/tactics within assigned customer segments.
- Build relationships with HCP decision-makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials/reprints; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Present complex clinical/business information to office/institutional dermatologists and relevant groups.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatments.
- Manage allocated resources (financial/budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office, etc.).

Qualifications
Required
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience (OR 2+ years at Takeda).
- Dermatology experience/calling on dermatologists highly preferred.
- Strategic/business planning; understanding of managed care landscape.
- Strong communication (verbal, influencing, presentation, written) and collaboration.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.
Preferred
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Experience managing and communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Travel
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to drive/fly to accounts; occasional business meetings; overnight travel up to 25–50%.
