About the Role:
Dermatology Specialty Business Manager drives demand through education after potential regulatory approval, educating HCPs and optimizing business in targeted dermatology physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts to achieve sales goals.

How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education
- Perform clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across an educational continuum
- Support initial clinical and patient access education
- Coordinate clinical education opportunities (e.g., peer-to-peer)
- Conduct account management in dermatology practices/clinics/outlets and independent offices
- Meet territory sales goals/metrics; execute brand strategy and tactics
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use
- Deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials/reprints; discuss therapeutic strategies
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement through local relationship-building and education
- Present complex clinical/business information and patient support services
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatments/market changes
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.)
- Adhere to compliance policies and training

Minimum requirements:
- BA/BS
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or 2+ years at Takeda)
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience strongly preferred
- Strategic planning, managed care understanding, strong communication, and collaboration
- Reside within or near assigned geography

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals; reimbursement issue experience

Licenses/Travel:
- Valid driver’s license; ability to drive/fly; occasional overnight travel (25–50%)

Training:
- Mandatory product training with written/oral exams

Compensation/Benefits (location: Ohio–Virtual):
- $63.51–$87.31 hourly; potential short-term incentives; eligible for medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, holidays, and well-being benefits (per summary).
