About the Role
- Drive demand for the assigned Dermatology product through education after potential regulatory approval.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.

Responsibilities / How you will contribute
- Support account onboarding through education; support clinical and patient access education.
- Perform clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across an educational continuum.
- Coordinate peer-to-peer and other clinical education programs for HCPs.
- Manage Dermatology accounts (practices, clinics, outlets, independent offices); attain sales goals and territory metrics.
- Build professional relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials/medical reprints; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement.
- Present complex clinical/business information to Dermatologists, HCPs, and groups involved in decisions.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatment and market changes.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).
- Follow compliance policies and seek clarification when uncertain.

Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry experience); OR 2+ years at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning; understanding of managed care.
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation, and collaboration.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; experience managing complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Travel
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to drive/fly; up to 25–50% overnight travel.

Training Requirements
- Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral); classified non-exempt during training; then transitioned to exempt after successful exams.
