About the Role:
- Drive demand after potential regulatory approval through education; educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize opportunities in targeted Dermatology practices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.

How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across an educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education opportunities/programs for HCPs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage accounts within Dermatology practices, clinics, outlets, and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals/territory metrics by delivering product volume and other key measures; execute brand strategy/tactics.
- Build relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement by identifying/cultivating relationships and educating local decision makers.
- Present complex clinical/business information to Dermatologists and relevant groups.
- Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (financial/budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office, etc.).

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- 3+ years successful selling in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry) OR 2+ years successful selling at Takeda.
- Dermatologist/Dermatology experience (highly preferred).
- Business/strategic planning; managed care understanding.
- Strong communication, presentation, influence; strong collaboration.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Training:
- Contingent upon passing mandatory product training (written/oral exams).

Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel:
- Ability to drive/fly; up to 25–50% overnight travel.
