Responsibilities:
- Support account onboarding through education; engage in clinical selling and deliver the clinical value proposition.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education; coordinate HCP clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Conduct account management in Dermatology practices, clinics, hospital accounts, and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals and Territory metrics by executing brand strategy within the assigned customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop/deliver targeted sales messaging using approved materials and discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategy; build customer engagement and educate local decision makers.
- Present complex clinical/business information to Dermatologists and relevant groups.
- Develop and implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).
- Follow compliance policies, guidelines, and training; seek clarification when uncertain.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years successful selling experience at Takeda.
- Strong communication, presentation, influencing, collaboration.
- Strategic planning skills; understanding of managed care.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.
Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience.
- Experience with complex reimbursement issues.
Training:
- Mandatory product training with written/oral exams; external hires are non-exempt during training and eligible for overtime only during training.

- Vermont virtual: U.S. hourly wage range $63.51β$87.31; may be eligible for short-term incentives and medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, holidays, sick time (up to 80 hrs/yr), and paid vacation (up to 120 hrs accrual for new hires).
