About the Role:
Specialty Business Manager drives demand through education for an assigned dermatology product, educating HCPs and optimizing business opportunities in targeted physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.

How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers through an educational continuum.
- Provide initial clinical/patient access education; coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage accounts within dermatology practices/clinics/outlets and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals/territory metrics by executing franchise/brand strategy within the customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Deliver targeted sales messaging using approved materials/reprints; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies and build customer engagement through relationship cultivation and education.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and relevant decision-making groups.
- Develop/implement education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatments/market.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).
- Adhere to compliance policies and seek clarification when uncertain.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices (or relevant clinical/industry experience); or 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning; managed care understanding.
- Strong communication (verbal/influencing/presentation/written) and collaboration.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to healthcare professionals.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Training/Licenses/Travel:
- Pass mandatory product training with written/oral exams.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to drive/fly; occasional overnight travel (25–50%).
