Responsibilities:
- Drive demand post-regulatory approval through education of healthcare providers (HCPs) in dermatology-focused physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding via education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers along a brand educational continuum.
- Provide initial clinical/patient access education; coordinate clinical education (incl. peer-to-peer).
- Manage accounts within dermatology practices, clinics/outlets, and independent physician offices.
- Achieve territory sales goals/metrics by executing brand strategy and tactics in assigned customer segments.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and clinical information.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement through relationship-building and education.
- Present complex clinical/business information and patient support services.
- Develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states, treatments, and business environment.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).

Minimum qualifications (Required):
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or 2+ years selling at Takeda).
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience (highly preferred).
- Strategic planning/business skills; understanding of managed care.
- Strong communication (verbal/presentation/written) and collaboration.
- Live within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs (or dermatology calling).
- Experience managing/communicating complex reimbursement issues.

Travel/License:
- Valid driver’s license; drive/fly to accounts.
- Overnight travel up to 25–50%.

Compensation (if applicable):
- Massachusetts (Virtual) hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31.
