About the Role
- Drive demand through education after potential regulatory approval for the assigned product.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize business opportunities in targeted dermatology physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support achievement of sales goals through effective business processes and patient-focused practices.

How you will contribute
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition; advance customers across an educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education for HCPs (e.g., peer-to-peer education).
- Manage accounts within dermatology practices/clinics/independent physician offices.
- Attain sales goals and territory metrics; execute brand strategy/tactics within assigned customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials.
- Execute local marketing strategies to build customer engagement.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and other decision makers.
- Develop and implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs.
- Strategically manage allocated resources.
- Adhere to compliance policies, guidelines, and training.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications
Required:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharma/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience); OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologists calling experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning; managed care understanding.
- Strong communication, presentation, influencing, and written skills.
- Collaboration/team success.
- Reside within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs (pharma/biotech/device/healthcare) and/or relevant experience.
- Experience calling on dermatologists.
- Experience with complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Certifications
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel
- Drive/fly to accounts; occasional business meetings; overnight travel up to 25–50% as needed.

Training
- Mandatory product training with written/oral exams required for continued employment.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated)
- Massachusetts – Virtual; U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31.
- Possible short-term incentives; may include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, holidays, well-being benefits; up to 80 hours sick time/year; up to 120 hours paid vacation for new hires.
