Responsibilities:
- Drive demand through education post-potential regulatory approval.
- Educate HCPs and optimize opportunities in dermatology practices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding and initial clinical/patient access education.
- Conduct clinical selling and peer-to-peer clinical education programs.
- Manage accounts, attain territory sales goals/metrics, and execute brand/franchise strategy.
- Build relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and provide therapeutic strategies.
- Present complex clinical/business information and sponsor medical education to expand HCP knowledge.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- BA/BS; 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling and/or relevant clinical/industry experience (OR 2+ years at Takeda).
- Strong verbal, influencing, presentation, and written communication.
- Strong collaboration and team success.
- Demonstrated business/strategic planning; understanding of managed care landscape.
- Reside within or close proximity to assigned geography.
Preferred:
- 5+ years direct healthcare/HCP selling experience.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.
Training/License/Travel:
- Successful completion of mandatory product training (written/oral exams).
- Valid Driverβs License.
- Drive/fly to accounts; up to 25β50% overnight travel.
