Responsibilities:
- Drive demand through education after potential regulatory approval; educate HCPs and optimize business in Dermatology physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding; deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across an educational continuum.
- Provide initial clinical/patient-access education; coordinate clinical education programs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage Dermatology accounts; attain sales goals/territory metrics and execute brand strategy/tactics in assigned customer segment.
- Build relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials.
- Present complex clinical/business information to office/institutional Dermatologists and groups.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).
- Adhere to compliance policies and training; uphold patient-first values and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling and/or relevant clinical/industry experience OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology experience calling on Dermatologists highly preferred.
- Strategic planning; understanding of managed care; strong communication, presentation, and collaboration.
- Live within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Experience managing complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Travel:
- Valid Driver’s License; drive/fly as needed; occasional overnight travel 25–50%.

Training:
- Contingent on passing mandatory product training (written/oral exams); initial non-exempt status with overtime during training only; then transition to exempt and biweekly pay.

Compensation/Benefits (Alabama – Virtual):
- Hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31.
- May include short-term incentives and benefits such as medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, disability/life, tuition reimbursement, paid volunteer time off, paid sick/vacation, and company holidays.
