Responsibilities:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Perform clinical selling: deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers along a brand educational continuum.
- Provide initial clinical and patient access education to medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education opportunities for HCPs (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Conduct account management in dermatology practices, clinics, outlets, and independent physician offices.
- Achieve sales goals/territory metrics; execute franchise/company brand strategy and tactics in assigned customer segments.
- Build relationships with HCP decision-makers, support staff, and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information, approved materials, and reprints; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement by identifying/cultivating relationships and educating local decision-makers.
- Present complex clinical and business information to dermatologists and other stakeholders.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states and treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (financial/budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office).
- Follow compliance policies and training; demonstrate leadership/integrity.

Qualifications:
Required: BA/BS; 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda; strong communication and collaboration; business/strategic planning skills; managed care understanding; reside within/close to assigned geography; valid driver’s license.
Preferred: 5+ years direct selling; experience calling on dermatologists; experience with complex reimbursement issues.

Travel: Drive/fly to accounts; occasional overnight travel 25–50%.

Training: Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral exams); initial non-exempt status and overtime during training only.

Location/Worker Type: USA – MS – Virtual; Full-time employee.

Benefits/Comp: U.S. hourly wage range $63.51–$87.31; may be eligible for short-term incentives and benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, life, tuition reimbursement, volunteer time off, holidays, well-being, sick time up to 80 hours/year, and vacation up to 120 hours for new hires).
