About the Role:
- Drive demand for the assigned product through education following potential regulatory approval.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize business opportunities in targeted dermatology physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Develop and apply business processes that benefit patients and achieve sales goals and objectives.

How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education.
- Conduct clinical selling (deliver clinical value proposition; advance customers through an educational continuum).
- Support initial clinical and patient access education for medical staff.
- Coordinate clinical education opportunities (e.g., peer-to-peer education) for HCPs.
- Manage accounts in dermatology practices/clinics/outlets and independent physician offices.
- Achieve territory sales goals and key metrics; execute brand strategy/tactics within the customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and accurate clinical information.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement via education and relationship development.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists, HCPs, and relevant groups.
- Develop/implement medical education and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states, treatments, and business changes.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office, etc.).
- Follow compliance policies/training; seek clarification on compliance matters.

Minimum Requirements:
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry experience) OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology experience calling on dermatologists highly preferred.
- Strategic planning; understanding of managed care; strong communication; collaboration; reside within/near assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Experience with dermatologists; complex reimbursement issues.

Training Requirements:
- Complete mandatory product training with written/oral exams.

Licenses/Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License.

Travel Requirements:
- Ability to drive/fly to accounts and meetings; occasional overnight travel (25–50%).
