Responsibilities:
- Drive demand through education following potential regulatory approval; educate HCPs and optimize opportunities in dermatology-focused physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding, initial clinical/patient-access education, and ongoing clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Conduct account management in dermatology practices/clinics and independent offices.
- Meet sales goals and territory metrics; execute franchise and brand strategy in assigned customer segments.
- Build relationships with healthcare provider decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective use of products.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information and approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies, build customer engagement, and manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, etc.).
- Present complex clinical and business information; develop and implement medical education and sponsor programs.
- Adhere to compliance policies and training; seek clarification on compliance matters when needed.
Qualifications:
Required:
- BA/BS
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device (or relevant clinical/industry) OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience (highly preferred)
- Strategic/business planning; managed care understanding
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation, writing; collaboration/team success
- Live within or close to assigned geography
Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs (or relevant clinical/industry)
- Dermatologist calling experience
- Experience with complex reimbursement issues
Licenses/Travel:
- Valid Driverβs License; ability to drive/fly to accounts; occasional overnight travel (25β50%).
Compensation/Benefits (Georgia - Virtual):
- Estimated U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51β$87.31.
