Responsibilities:
- Drive demand through education following potential regulatory approval for assigned product.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize opportunities in targeted dermatology physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding; deliver clinical value proposition across a brand educational continuum.
- Provide clinical and patient access education to medical staff; coordinate HCP education (e.g., peer-to-peer).
- Manage accounts within dermatology practices, clinics/outlets, and independent physician offices.
- Achieve territory sales goals/metrics; execute franchise and brand strategy/tactics in assigned customer segment.
- Build relationships with decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use; develop/deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and medical reprints.
- Present complex clinical/business information and patient support services; develop/implement medical education and sponsor programs.
- Strategically manage allocated resources.
- Follow all compliance policies and training; seek clarification when uncertain.

Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS.
- Required: 3+ years successful pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device selling (or relevant clinical/industry experience); OR 2+ years selling at Takeda.
- Dermatology experience preferred (calling on dermatologists).
- Business/strategic planning skills; understanding of managed care.
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation, and writing skills.
- Collaboration/team success.
- Live within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; calling on dermatologists; experience with complex reimbursement issues.

Training/Travel/Licenses:
- Pass mandatory product training (written/oral). Valid driver’s license. Travel/drive/fly to accounts; overnight travel up to 25–50%.
