Responsibilities / How you will contribute:
- Support account onboarding through education; deliver clinical value proposition and advance customers across a brand educational continuum.
- Support initial clinical and patient-access education; coordinate peer-to-peer and other clinical education for HCPs.
- Manage Dermatology accounts (practices, clinics, outlets, independent physician offices) and attain territory sales goals/metrics.
- Build professional relationships with healthcare providers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using accurate clinical information, approved materials, and medical reprints; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies to build engagement and educate key decision makers.
- Present complex clinical/business information to Dermatologists and other decision-making groups.
- Develop/implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs; stay current on disease states/treatments.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (e.g., budgets, managed markets, medical affairs).

Minimum qualifications (Required):
- BS/BA.
- 3+ years successful selling experience in pharma/biotech/medical device (or related clinical/industry experience); OR 2+ years selling experience at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologists experience highly preferred; strategic planning and business skills; understanding of managed care; strong communication and collaboration; live within/near assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs; calling on Dermatologists; experience with complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses / Travel:
- Valid driver’s license; drive/fly to accounts; some overnight travel (25–50%).

Compensation/benefits (explicitly stated):
- U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31; may be eligible for short-term incentives and certain benefits; up to 80 hours sick time/year; up to 120 hours paid vacation for new hires.

Training requirement:
- Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral exams).
