Responsibilities:
- Drive demand through education following potential regulatory approval.
- Educate HCPs and optimize opportunities in Dermatology physician offices, key clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Support account onboarding and initial clinical/patient access education.
- Conduct clinical selling (deliver clinical value proposition; advance customers across educational continuum).
- Coordinate clinical education (including peer-to-peer), and manage accounts in Dermatology practices/clinics/outlets and independent offices.
- Achieve sales goals/territory metrics by executing brand strategy and tactics within the assigned customer segment.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials and medical reprints.
- Present complex clinical and business information and sponsor medical education opportunities/programs.
- Strategically manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office).

Minimum Requirements (Required):
- BA/BS.
- 3+ years successful selling in pharma/biotech/medical device and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning; managed care understanding.
- Strong communication, influencing, presentation, and writing.
- Collaboration/team success; reside within or close to assigned geography.

Preferred:
- 5+ years direct selling to HCPs.
- Experience calling on Dermatologists; managing complex reimbursement issues.

Licenses/Travel:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Drive/fly to accounts; 25–50% overnight travel.

Training Requirements:
- Must pass mandatory product training (written/oral exams).
