About the Role
- Drive demand for assigned product through education following potential regulatory approval.
- Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) and optimize business opportunities in targeted dermatology physician offices, clinics, and hospital accounts.
- Develop and apply business processes that benefit patients and help achieve sales goals.

How you will contribute
- Support account onboarding and initial clinical/patient access education.
- Perform clinical selling and deliver clinical value proposition; advance customers along an educational continuum.
- Coordinate clinical education (e.g., peer-to-peer) and conduct account management in dermatology practices/clinics.
- Meet sales goals and key metrics in the assigned territory; execute franchise/company strategy.
- Build relationships with HCP decision makers and stakeholders to support safe/effective product use.
- Develop and deliver targeted sales messages using approved materials; discuss therapeutic strategies.
- Execute local marketing strategies; build customer engagement through education.
- Present complex clinical/business information to dermatologists and relevant groups.
- Develop and implement medical education opportunities and sponsor programs.
- Manage allocated resources (budgets, managed markets, medical affairs, home office support).

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- 3+ years successful selling in pharma/biotech/medical devices and/or relevant clinical/industry experience; OR 2+ years at Takeda.
- Dermatology/Dermatologist calling experience highly preferred.
- Business/strategic planning, managed care understanding, strong communication, collaboration.
- Reside within or near assigned geography.

Preferred
- 5+ years direct selling; experience calling on dermatologists; complex reimbursement experience.

Licenses/Travel
- Valid driver’s license; drive/fly to accounts; overnight travel 25–50%.

Compensation/Benefits (eligibility)
- U.S. hourly wage range: $63.51–$87.31; possible short-term incentives and eligibility for certain benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k), disability, life, tuition reimbursement, paid time off).
