What You Will Do:
Represent Amgen products (KRYSTEXXA) to physicians and healthcare professionals; establish product demand and total territory account management. Provide disease state and product education to support optimal patient care. Drive product utilization and coordinate cross-functional field teams to ensure access, education, and support for rare disease treatments.

Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve assigned sales objectives through patient-centered disease and product education while adhering to compliance.
- Implement marketing plan goals via strategic account business planning.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan to achieve/exceed sales objectives.
- Promote products within approved labeling in a fair, balanced, ethical manner.
- Serve as trusted disease expert; build relationships across the patient care ecosystem (physicians, nurses, case managers, infusion centers).
- Navigate healthcare settings (private practices, academic centers, IDNs, hospitals, specialty clinics).
- Address patient access, reimbursement, and pull-through challenges cross-functionally.
- Coordinate internal matrix teams (e.g., MSLs, Market Access, Nurse Educators, TLLs).
- Support referral networks/site-of-care pathways; contribute field insights/market intelligence.
- Use approved tools, peer education, and digital channels; maximize promotional resources and territory budget.
- Complete training/administrative duties per policies and compliance.

Qualifications:
Basic (Account Manager โ€“ Level 4): Bachelorโ€™s + 3 years sales OR Associate + 6 years OR HS/GED + 8 years.
Basic (Specialty Account Manager โ€“ Level 5): Doctorate + 2 years OR Masterโ€™s + 6 years OR Bachelorโ€™s + 8 years OR Associate + 10 years (collective account management/sales/commercial).
Preferred: Reimbursement navigation/site-of-care/patient access; nephrology experience; infused/buy-and-bill and medical/pharmacy benefit familiarity; matrix collaboration; payer/reimbursement knowledge; strong communication; travel ~20โ€“30%.
