What You Will Do
- Represent UPLIZNA to physicians and healthcare professionals; establish product sales and manage total territory accounts.
- Provide account management support in a defined geography/marketplace; drive product demand and coordinate relevant field teams.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve/exceed annual sales goals.
- Promote UPLIZNA in line with approved labeling and industry/corporate legal/regulatory requirements.
- Address access, pull-through, and reimbursement by coordinating with key stakeholders and matrix teams.
- Build customer relationships; communicate customer needs/goals to internal teams.
- Meet/exceed corporate sales goals; provide timely/accurate territory activity updates.
- Drive product demand via disease-state and product education.
- Provide feedback to leadership/internal departments on environment/results.
- Work with patient services and market access teams; coordinate across Amgen field teams.
- Educate healthcare professionals and office staff on site-of-care options; attend medical congresses as needed.
- Manage promotional/operational budget; maximize use of approved resources; complete all company training.
- Perform other assigned tasks.

Basic Qualifications
Account Manager (Level 4): Bachelor’s + 3 yrs sales OR Associate + 6 yrs OR HS/GED + 8 yrs (pharma/biotech/med device or hospital sales).
Specialty Account Manager (Level 5): Doctorate + 2 yrs collective account management/sales/commercial OR Master’s + 6 yrs OR Bachelor’s + 8 yrs OR Associate + 10 yrs.

Preferred Qualifications
- Reimbursement navigation, site-of-care education, and/or patient access coordination.
- Experience coordinating with office staff, infusion centers, and patient services; buy-and-bill/biologic/infusion experience.
- Strong ability to build relationships, educate on complex disease states, and tailor communication.
- Rheumatology/Gastroenterology/Nephrology/Hematology/Neurology and/or rare/specialty disease sales.
- Site-of-care and reimbursement experience; experience with institutions/IDNs; pharma account management across field teams.
- ~80% travel; Microsoft Office proficiency; strong communication/interpersonal skills.
