Specialty Account Manager, Long Term Care (Roanoke, VA)

Role: Field-based Long-Term Care (LTC) Specialty Account Manager responsible for driving product adoption and commercial activities within LTC facilities, including building relationships with healthcare providers and care teams. Responsibilities: execute marketing strategies, develop territory business plans, promote products ethically within labeling, navigate payer and reimbursement processes, and maintain customer engagement through virtual and in-person interactions. Collaborate cross-functionally and ensure timely communication of territory activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; minimum 5 years of pharma/biotech sales experience, with 2+ years in LTC or account-based environments; proven top-tier sales performance; launch experience preferred. High-Value: OTC or specialty CNS treatments, including neuropsychiatric conditions, with a focus on neuroscience portfolio; experience in patient access programs, payor policies, and digital marketing.
