Responsibilities: gather and document business and user requirements, conduct testing, support solution adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technical leads, and Scrum squads; ensure solutions deliver value and meet business needs in clinical trials. Requirements: HS diploma; 5+ years in product/business analysis or similar roles, with experience in global teams; strong communication, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills; familiarity with clinical domain, GxP, SDLC, or SaaS a plus.
