Role: Support global logistics, customs compliance, and shipment execution for Kiniksa's clinical, research, and commercial pharmaceutical materials, ensuring regulatory adherence and timely delivery. Responsibilities: manage domestic and international temperature-controlled shipments; coordinate with stakeholders including manufacturers, carriers, and customs brokers; prepare and review shipping documentation; classify commodities per HTS/HS codes; maintain compliance with U.S. and global regulations (FDA, CBP, USDA/APHIS, IATA, EU/UK customs); resolve shipment issues and discrepancies; support recordkeeping, permits, and trade documentation; monitor shipments, address in-transit issues, and document deviations; oversee inventory reconciliation and storage; support vendor relationships, KPI tracking, and process improvements; participate in audits and logistics assessments. Requirements: Bachelor's in Logistics, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or related field; 1–3 years in international logistics/customs, preferably in biotech or pharma; experience with temperature-sensitive shipments (e.g., cryogenic, refrigerated); familiarity with customs documentation, HTS/HS classification, incoterms, FDA/CBP processes; strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with ERP, SAP, and shipping platforms preferred. High-Value: experience handling regulated pharma logistics, GxP environment, temperature-controlled shipping, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. Work Setup: onsite in Lexington, MA, five days per week; no travel specified.
