Specialist, IT – GxP Technical Support

Role: IT Specialist providing GxP-regulated systems support within a biopharma environment to ensure compliance, security, and operational integrity. Responsibilities: deliver Tier 1+ helpdesk support for GxP and non-GxP systems, troubleshoot incidents, manage user access and identity platforms (Okta, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID), support endpoint devices and business applications, document work per regulatory standards, and assist with audit preparedness. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Life Sciences, or related field preferred; 1-3 years supporting regulated systems in biotech or pharma; experience with GxP applications, system validation, incident, change, and deviation management; proficiency in Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and identity platforms; strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and multitasking ability.
