Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end business analysis for complex initiatives (discovery through delivery).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into information systems solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders/product/engineering to define needs, identify gaps, and define scalable solutions.
- Manage scope, priorities, dependencies, and timelines across initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies.
- Analyze business processes; drive improvements via optimization/automation.
- Create/maintain artifacts (user stories, process flows, data mappings).
- Support testing (including UAT), integration, go-live, and hypercare.
- Identify risks/gaps/data issues; drive timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to AI-driven/agentic initiatives by defining business use cases and requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate
OR Master’s + 2 years; OR Bachelor’s + 4 years; OR Associate’s + 8 years; OR HS/GED + 10 years in Computer Science, IT, or related.
Must-Have Skills/Experience:
- 5+ years business analysis/requirements gathering/functional solution design.
- 3+ years CRM (Salesforce; SFMC preferred).
- 3+ years CDP (Salesforce Data Cloud; unified customer data models, identity resolution, segmentation).
- 3+ years data flows/integrations/end-to-end data mapping.
- 3+ years Agile/Scrum/Design Thinking.
- 3+ years documentation (user stories, flows, mappings, acceptance criteria).
- 3+ years managing stakeholders across business and technical teams.
