Operations
Responsibilities:
- Support packaging operations including analysis of operating performance, management of key operational data within SAP, advanced problem-solving, strengthening compliance/inspection readiness, and investigating/authoring deviations for unplanned events.
- Lead teams to identify, prioritize, and implement Safety, People, Quality, Delivery, and Cost improvements via operating performance trend analysis.
- Lead structured problem solving (5 Whys, Fishbones, etc.) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Implement new technology (e.g., packaging equipment, electronic batch records).
- Manage small-scale Operations projects to improve reliability, demonstrate new technology, and enhance compliance/safety.
- Author deviations and coordinate develop/implement CAPAs (Corrective/Preventive Actions).
- Implement/optimize standardized work (e.g., Tier meetings, task breakdown sheets).

Qualifications:
- BS degree in Engineering/Industry Technology.
- Minimum 2 years relevant industrial experience.

Required skills:
- Work independently; strong written/verbal communication, collaboration, project management, and data analysis.
- Technical writing/documentation experience.
- Experience identifying and implementing process optimization solutions.
- Formal problem-solving (e.g., fishbone, 5 whys).

Preferred skills:
- cGMP knowledge (vaccine/pharmaceutical); Lean/Six Sigma training.
- Experience writing technical investigations, change controls, operating procedures, and batch records.
- SAP; data analysis software (Excel, Minitab, JMP, etc.); project management.
