Customer Solutions Specialist (CSS) – AbbVie Patient Services (Access and Reimbursement)

Responsibilities:
- Understand HCP office processes and offer electronic solutions (portals) to improve the patient Rx experience.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on AbbVie HCP-facing portals and other electronic solutions.
- Partner with AbbVie field teams to implement and offer solutions in the assigned territory; evaluate and diagnose Rx experience delays/disruptions and determine if an AbbVie digital solution can help.
- Build relationships with HCP offices using portals/solutions and provide regular updates on new functionality relevant to patient needs.
- Communicate with AbbVie field teams in a compliant manner.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; or relevant/equivalent industry experience required. 2+ years working with drugs requiring prior authorization and use of specialty pharmacies.
- Strong understanding of drug acquisition/dispensing in immunology specialty biologics (Buy and Bill, specialty pharmacies/distributors, etc.).
- Excellent territory and account management skills; prior healthcare sales or healthcare environment experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to qualify for/maintain a fleet vehicle.
- Knowledge of regulations/compliance affecting prescribing pharmaceuticals.
- Strong computer aptitude (Windows, internet browsers) and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
