Sourcing & Incubation Manager, China External Innovation

Role: Lead external innovation sourcing and ecosystem engagement for Novo Nordisk in China, focusing on building strategic partnerships within academia, biotech, investors, incubators, and the broader life sciences community. Responsibilities: develop and manage the innovation network, lead incubator and open innovation programs, drive innovation challenges and ecosystem outreach, and collaborate with global and local R&D stakeholders to advance early-stage opportunities from discovery to partnership discussions. Requirements: PhD or equivalent in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmacology, or related; 8+ years in biotech/pharma R&D, business development, or innovation scouting; strong network across China's biotech ecosystem; knowledge of drug discovery and development processes; excellent stakeholder management and strategic skills. Preferred: experience with incubators, venture capital, licensing, or cross-functional initiatives.
