Sourcing Contracts Senior Manager

Role: Senior Manager, Contract Management overseeing the full lifecycle of diverse business agreements within a biopharma setting. Responsibilities: lead end-to-end contract processes for buy-side agreements including drafting, review, negotiation, approval, amendments, and renewals; advise stakeholders on contracting strategies, risks, and compliance; coordinate with Legal, Sourcing, Finance, and other teams to ensure timely and compliant contract execution; maintain accurate records, develop SOPs, analyze contract data for process improvements, and manage a small team of contractors. Requirements: Bachelor's in Business, Finance, or Law; 6-7 years of contracting experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry; strong knowledge of third-party risk management, project management, and cross-functional collaboration; proficient in MS Office; excellent communication, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills. High-Value: experience with procurement, consulting, technology, and facilities agreements; familiarity with GxP, regulatory compliance, and industry supplier landscape.
