Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Electrical Engineering, or related; 2–4 years in software development, with expertise in hardware integration, embedded systems, or driver development; strong Python skills; excellent communication skills. Preferred: experience in lab automation, robotics, real-time OS fundamentals, debugging low-level code, and familiarity with Windows, C#, COM, OPC-UA, SiLA2, and GxP environments.
