What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (preferably ReactJS).
- Develop and manage back-end services using Python or Node.js and AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Build/integrate applications with generative AI, LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG patterns, or AI orchestration frameworks.
- Create innovative solutions using the latest technologies.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to translate user needs into technical requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, well-tested code; participate in code reviews.
- Maintain system uptime and optimal performance; learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.

What We Expect Of You
Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s degree
- OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years software development experience
- OR Associate’s degree and 6 years software development experience
- OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years software development experience

Must-Have Skills:
- Web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Back-end development: SQL/NoSQL; Python and SQL
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly; strong problem-solving/analytical skills; excellent communication and teamwork

Good-to-Have Skills:
- API integration, serverless, microservices architecture
- Generative AI/LLMs/RAG/AI orchestration experience
- Vector database for LLMs; popular large language models
- LangChain or llamaIndex; prompt engineering; model fine-tuning
- DevOps CI/CD pipelines; design patterns, data structures, test-driven development

Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering preferred
- Cloud Computing certificate preferred
