Snr Mgr / AD EHDS Data Cataloguing

Role: Senior Manager / Associate Director, EHDS Data Cataloguing, leading the identification, classification, and maintenance of Johnson & Johnson's health data under the European Health Data Space. Responsibilities: oversee data inventory, establish metadata standards, coordinate data owners, ensure compliance with EHDS categories, and embed cataloging processes across functions and geographies. Requirements: advanced degree in science, technology, or healthcare; 8+ years in data management, governance, or related fields within pharma or healthcare; expertise in clinical data standards (e.g., CDISC, HL7 FHIR, HealthDCAT-AP), data cataloging, and metadata management; experience leading cross-functional projects and working with international teams; strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
