Role Summary

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to meet site needs and align with company goals.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with site teams to understand requirements and provide procurement solutions.
- Monitor and report on procurement performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support sustainability initiatives by sourcing responsibly and reducing environmental impact.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelorโรรดs degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
- Required: 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Required: Experience analyzing data and making informed decisions.
- Required: Experience using procurement systems and tools.
- Required: Must be able to work on-site at the designated location 2-3 days per week.
- Preferred: Masterโรรดs degree or professional certification in procurement or supply chain (e.g., CPSM, CIPS).
- Preferred: Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Preferred: Knowledge of sustainability practices in procurement.
- Preferred: Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements.
- Preferred: Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
