Site Operational Excellence Business Partner

Role: Operational Excellence Business Partner supporting GMP manufacturing startup for monoclonal antibodies and bioconjugates at Lilly's new site. Responsibilities: execute and lead Lean and continuous improvement projects, facilitate operational excellence training, coach teams in Lean tools (daily management, A3, standard work), support site assessments, and sustain Lean maturity. Collaborate with site leadership and cross-functional teams on improvement initiatives, change management, and project planning. Requirements: high school diploma, at least 2 years GMP manufacturing experience, knowledge of manufacturing operations for drug substances/products, and familiarity with Lean methodologies. Preferred: direct manufacturing experience in drug substance/production, strong communication skills, self-management, and ability to influence and coach diverse teams. Work setup: onsite with 0-10% travel, in Goochland County, Virginia.
