Site of Care Account Lead (Southwest)

Role: The Site of Care Account Lead develops and manages strategic relationships with priority healthcare organizations, such as Interventional Psychiatry Clinics and Health Systems, to facilitate the adoption of COMP360 psilocybin therapy. Responsibilities include account strategy development, operational readiness support, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure sites are prepared for therapy delivery. This involves assessing site capabilities, guiding implementation, delivering education, and supporting ecosystem scalability. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; 8+ years managing complex healthcare accounts, with strong understanding of behavioral health, specialty care, or novel therapies; excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Experience in mental healthcare, neuroscience, psychedelic-assisted therapy, or launching innovative care models; familiarity with reimbursement pathways and health system economics. High-value specifics include experience with specialty pharmaceuticals, complex site-of-care readiness, and therapeutic areas like mental health, PTSD, or treatment-resistant depression. Location: Field-based in Southwest US (Texas, Colorado) with approximately 70% travel. The role reports to the Director, Site of Care Marketing.
