Site of Care Account Lead (Southeast)

Role: Site of Care Account Lead responsible for developing strategic relationships with healthcare organizations to support the adoption and operational readiness of COMP360 psilocybin therapy for mental health conditions, primarily in the Southeast US. Responsibilities: manage account strategies; assess and facilitate operational capability; support site implementation; build relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders; develop business plans; coordinate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales, and Patient Engagement; gather insights to inform account planning; ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards. Requirements: Bachelor's in healthcare or related field; 8+ years managing strategic healthcare accounts, with a focus on behavioral health, specialty practices, or innovative therapies; strong stakeholder navigation and relationship skills; knowledge of healthcare delivery, reimbursement, and clinical workflows. Preferred: experience in mental health, neuroscience, psychedelic-assisted therapy, or launch of complex therapeutics; familiarity with payer dynamics and site-of-care models.
