Operations
Main Responsibilities:
- Meet site CAPEX/OPEX and reporting metric; align project portfolio/resources with critical site business needs and Shine/M&S vaccine quality metrics.
- Coach and mentor portfolio management team; lead cross-functional, end-to-end planning and execution of site CAPEX/OPEX projects to support schedules, budgets, communications, and project risks.
- Build and manage site project portfolio (annual budget/Strat forecast), identifying critical paths, key milestones, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Develop and manage resource plans aligned to project timelines; coordinate resource anticipation, planning/budgeting, and allocation.
- Coordinate M&S product flows between sites and CMOs; partner with local and corporate M&S Finance and finance teams at other sites.
- Challenge workstream budget/schedule/resource assumptions; maintain project/budget/schedule/resource information in SHINE.
- Consolidate, monitor, challenge, and ensure reforecasts for budgets, schedules, resources, and risks.
- Provide consolidated financial and timeline forecasts/actuals; define and report KPIs; analyze variances vs. targets.
- Support governance decisions for scope changes, including financial/regulatory impact, follow-up, and communications.
- Identify improvement opportunities (e.g., timeline acceleration while balancing cost/quality); support implementation and communicate lessons learned.
- Organize and manage steering committee and key stakeholder meetings.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives (e.g., Project Management Guidebook training, SHINE administration, capacity/demand forecasting) and drive improvements in project management practice.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
- 10+ yearsโ€™ experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing; portfolio management experience in other regulated industries may be considered.

Required/Preferred Skills:
- Project management processes/ways of working; schedules; resource and CAPEX/OPEX budget estimation.
- Ability to develop business cases and change orders; consolidate workstream financial information.
- MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- PMP desirable; SAP desirable; Planisware (SHINE) expertise.
